The Foundation for Reproductive Medicine Conference (FRMC) 2026 is organized by the Foundation for Reproductive Medicine (FRM) and will be held from December 4-6, 2026, at the Metropolitan Club in New York, USA. This premier Reproductive Endocrinology Conference brings together reproductive endocrinologists, OB-GYN specialists, fertility experts, embryologists, researchers, and healthcare professionals to discuss the latest advances in reproductive medicine, reproductive endocrinology and infertility, fertility preservation, and assisted reproductive technologies.
The conference will feature expert-led sessions on IVF treatment, the IVF process, male infertility, infertility diagnosis and treatment, reproductive aging, stem cells in reproductive medicine, and emerging innovations such as in vitro gametogenesis (IVG). Attendees will gain valuable clinical insights, evidence-based updates, and opportunities to network with leading experts shaping the future of reproductive healthcare.
Designed for physicians and allied healthcare professionals in obstetrics and gynecology, reproductive endocrinology, and infertility care, FRMC 2026 offers 20 CME credits, making it an excellent opportunity to advance clinical knowledge while fulfilling continuing medical education requirements.
1. Cancellation Method. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to lyka@thechr.com. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. The cancellation date is the date
the written request is received.
2. Refund Processing. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval, issued to the original payment method.
3. Transfers to a Colleague. A registration may be transferred to another eligible attendee at no charge through November 20, 2026. After this date, no transfers will be accepted. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing.
4. Name Substitutions. Name corrections or substitutions are permitted up to 7 days before the conference (by November 27, 2026) with written request. Substitutions after this date will be handled on-site at the registration desk.
5. Force Majeure. If FRMC 2026 is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of FRM (Client) (including but not limited to pandemic, natural disaster, government restrictions, or venue unavailability), registrants will be offered credit toward a future FRMC conference or complimentary virtual attendance in lieu of a cash refund.
6. Format Changes. If FRMC 2026 is shifted from in-person to a virtual format, no refund will be issued. Registered attendees will receive full virtual access to all sessions and CME/CE credit eligibility.
7. CME and CE Credit. Cancellations and partial attendance do not affect CME/CE credit eligibility for sessions actually attended, in accordance with accreditation requirements.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes. Disputes initiated through the registrant's bank or card issuer (rather than via the cancellation process described above) forfeit any refund rights under this policy and may be subject to a $50 administrative fee in addition to applicable transaction charges.
9. Complimentary Student Registration Eligibility. Complimentary student registration is available only to eligible students. A valid university/student ID or official proof of current enrollment is required for verification.
Student registrations will remain pending until verified by the organizer. If valid proof is not provided, FRM reserves the right to cancel the complimentary student registration or request that the attendee register under the appropriate paid category.
