11th McMaster International Review Conference of Internal Medicine (MIRCIM 2026) is organized by Polish Institute for Evidence Based Medicine (PIEBM) / Polski Instytut Evidence Based Medicine and McMaster University, in collaboration with the International Society of Internal Medicine (ISIM), and the Jagiellonian University Medical College in partnership with more than 40 national societies of internal medicine from around the world, including the American College of Physicians (ACP) and the European Federation of Internal Medicine (EFIM).

1. Participation in MIRCIM, AIMed, and Young Talents is paid. Registering for any one of these events grants access to all three. The pricing details are available on the respective event websites.
2. In-person participation includes:
a. access to all sessions on Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3 of MIRCIM, AIMed, and Young Talents;
b. complimentary access to live streaming;
c. on-demand access to video recordings from the conferences for 12 months;
d. on-site exhibits;
e. access to posters from the Young Talents in Internal Medicine World Contest in the exhibit hall;

4. Participants can receive educational credits for participation in MIRCIM and Young Talents under the rules established by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (UEMS-EACCME®). The condition for receiving the certificate and EACCME® credits is the purchase of access to and participation in MIRCIM and Young Talents (in-person or virtual) as well as submission of a filled-in evaluation questionnaire within 6 months following the event; the questionnaire shall be made available on the Virtual Platform.The maximum number of credits that can be awarded for participation in MIRCIM and Young Talents will be determined by a separate EACCME® resolution and will be announced on the MIRCIM Website.
5. Participants can withdraw their participation. Cancellations can be made prior to Day 1 of the Events and should be reported in writing to support@emedevents.com.
6. The following shall apply to withdrawal of paid participation:
a) if PIEBM receives a declaration of withdrawal from the Participant between January 1 to March 31, 2026, the Participant shall receive a partial refund of 50% of the paid participation fee;
b) after April 1, 2026 the participation fee is nonrefundable;
c) PIEBM shall have 30 days to refund the payment once the Participant has met all the requirements for submitting the withdrawal to the address support@emedevents.com
d) the refund will be made to the original payer and with the same method of payment used for purchase.
7. The Participant must participate in the Events in a way that does not hinder or interfere with the conduct of the Events. The Participant must not undertake any actions that (a) are against the provisions of generally applicable law or good practice, (b) are in violation of other Participants’ rights of publicity, or (c) violate the legitimate interests of organizers or other Participants.
8. To maintain safety, Participants are asked to comply with the health and safety rules and regulations.
9. The organizers reserve the right to modify the Events program at any time. Program changes are not acceptable grounds for requesting a refund.
10. Participants agree to receive information about the Events via email.
