Vision:
To support Their members that serve individuals, families, the elderly and persons with disabilities in housing situations through leadership, education, training, networking, advocacy and other member services

Goals:
• Represent the concerns of service coordinators through interaction with Congress and federal agencies, and educate public and private agencies on the benefits and cost effectiveness of service coordination and service-enriched housing.
• Look for and support alternative funding resources and collaborative partnerships that can be duplicated within other housing environments.
• Enhance the professionalism of our constituents through training, networking conferences and opportunities for peer networking in addition to providing information on “best practice” programs.
• Provide members guidance in the development and implementation of national professional standards of practice and programmatic policies and procedures, ensuring program consistency and sound social work practice within existing housing regulations.
• Work with and help strengthen existing local and statewide service coordination groups while assisting in the development of new ones.
