The Academy of Anthroposophic Medicine is a training, further education, and training institution for people active in medical, nursing, and therapeutic professions on the basis of an extended, holistic image of man. Their offer is usually geared to the respective job-specific needs but is sometimes also interdisciplinary and suitable for interested lay people. It ranges from individual lectures and seminars to vocational courses.

Anthroposophic medicine, based on the healing arts founded by Rudolf Steiner and Ita Wegman, is a recognized part of today's plurality of our medical systems as an integrative therapeutic approach. It captures the human being in his physical-substantial, mental, and spiritual being. The participants develop both a basic understanding and practice. The offers lead to an expanded understanding of clinical pictures and to a variety of new therapeutic approaches in all specialist areas. Her focus is on the acquisition of individual skills that can be directly incorporated into everyday clinical practice. They penetrate deeper into different areas so that interdisciplinary cooperation with the patient can be developed and strengthened through individual treatments.

The Havelhohe Academy benefits in particular from its proximity to the Havelhohe Community Hospital. Likewise, she cooperates closely with the Medical Section at the Goetheanum.
