Description:
Rhythmic massage is a specific form of therapy in anthroposophic medicine. It conveys ordering and healing movements to the area of ??life of the human organism (etheric body), which it can take up and transform into healing impulses. In many patients with chronic illnesses, it is able to relieve rigidity, stagnation and congestion. In this way it forms a connection with medicinal therapy and artistic therapies. In the introductory course you can get to know the special quality of touch and our teaching design, which is based on the human image of anthroposophy.

Content of the weekend:

Introduction and demonstration of some basic rhythmic massage (RM) techniques
Definition and description of the individual phases of a rhythmically designed grip
Practicing the grips on different parts of the body
Experience the effectiveness and discuss the special quality of RM
Perception exercises
Introducing the three-year further training
