Rhythmic Einreiungen - Level I-Part 1 - Introductory Course is organized by Academy Havelhohe gGmbH / Akademie Havelhohe gGmbH and will be held from Nov 14, 2024 - May 31, 2025 at Havelhöhe Community Hospital Clinic for Anthroposophical Medicine, Berlin, Germany.

Level I – Part 1 extends over four 2-day modules on Thursdays and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.:

• Module 1: 14+15.11.2024
• Module 2: January 9th and 10th, 2025
• Module 3: 20+21.3.2025
• Module 4: May 15th and 16th, 2025

Description:
The rhythmic embrocations according to Ita Wegman and Margarethe Hauschka have been specially developed for health and nursing staff. They offer the possibility of extended care in which the person is seen and treated as an individual being and thus in their entirety. By gently binding and loosening the tissue, impulses are set that support the body's self-healing powers and activate the heat balance. They can be used, for example, as a thrombosis and decubitus prophylaxis or therapeutically for pain. The treatment affects the person not only externally, but also internally. It is also very effective for restlessness, anxiety and sleep disorders.

The training to become an expert in rhythmic embrocation consists of two successive levels of competence that take approximately the same amount of time. The first level is again divided into two parts.

In the first part of LEVEL I, you will learn the basic forms and grip quality of rhythmic embrocations, their history and connection to anthroposophical human science. Partial embrocations of the hands, legs, feet and back are practiced, the topics of rhythm and touch are addressed and various plants are examined. You will practice documenting your treatments and their effects.
