Marsha M. Neumyer, BS, RVT, FSVU Marsha M. Neumyer is a former assistant professor of surgery at Penn State's College of Medicine and former director of the Vascular Laboratory Section of the Penn State Vascular Institute, Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. She currently serves as International Director of Vascular Diagnostic Educational Services and Director and CEO of Vascular Resource Associates, international education and consulting service. She is recognized internationally as an educator and for her contribution to the field of noninvasive vascular technology.

Ms. Neumyer is a past president of the Society of Vascular Technology and a founding member of the Intersocietal Commission for Accreditation of Vascular Laboratories (ICAVL). She is a Fellow of the Society of Vascular Technology and a Fellow and member of the Board of Governors of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine. She was the 1997 recipient of the Joan Baker Pioneer Award given by the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Marsha has published over 60 manuscripts, 17 book chapters, 12 educational videos and has co-edited and co-authored multiple textbooks on vascular diagnostic techniques. Her editorial responsibilities include the Video Journal of Color Flow Imaging and The Journal of Vascular Technology.
