Community Practice Connections : 15th Annual International Congress on the Future of Breast Cancer is organized by Physicians Education Resource, LLC (PER) and would be held during Oct 05, 2016 - Oct 05, 2017.
The target audience for this medical event for medical, surgical, and radiation oncologists interested in the treatment of patients with breast cancer. Fellows, nurse practitioners, nurses, physician assistants, pharmacists, researchers, and other healthcare professionals interested in the treatment of breast cancer may also participate. This CME Conference has been approved with a maximum of 2.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.
Conference Objectives are :
• Apply evolving data sets on local therapies, including advances in surgical and radiation therapy, to manage patients with breast cancer.
• Discuss current and emerging biomarkers, molecular assays, and other methods to guide clinical decision making in breast cancer.
• Apply individualized assessment tools via the use of prognostic and actionable biomarkers to optimize outcomes for patients with breast cancer in multiple lines of care.
• Explain current and emerging strategies for the treatment of early-stage, locally advanced, and metastatic breast cancer.
• Evaluate novel immune-based, endocrine, chemotherapeutic, targeted, and bone-modifying strategies to individualize care for patients with breast cancer.
• Identify patients who may benefit from inclusion in a clinical trial evaluating investigational approaches in the setting of breast cancer. . Additional details will be posted as soon as they are available.
