Dr. Joyce Ann O'Shaughnessy, M.D., is a Medical Oncologist that focuses on breast cancer prevention and treatment. She founded The School of Breast Oncology, a program providing a curriculum-based program focused exclusively on breast cancer clinical management. Dr. O'Shaughnessy attended medical school at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, CT. She then completed her Internal Medicine residency at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA, and a Medical Oncology fellowship at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, MD. She is co-chair of Breast Cancer Research, chair of Breast Cancer Prevention Research at Baylor Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center, and a member of the Scientific Advisory Board for US Oncology Research Network.
