Description:
The 19th Annual High-Risk Fetal Imaging & Perinatal Update Conference is a review of advanced obstetrical imaging and an evidenced-based approach to perinatal care.  We have both in-person and virtual registration options available.

This year we welcome guest speaker Helen M. Feltovich, MD. The optional Saturday in-person only Fetal Echo Workshop is also back by popular demand and will be instructed by the Colorado Fetal Care Center's Director of Perinatal Cardiology and Fetal Cardiac Telemedicine, Bettina Cuneo, MD and Lead Pediatric and Fetal Cardiac Sonographer, Dawn Park, BS, RDCS, RDMS, FASE.

Objectives:
At the Completion of this Course, Attendees will be able to:
• Learners will be able to comment on how to optimize imaging in the general OB provider’s office.
• Learners will understand the critical components of the 20 week anatomic scan and critical “do not miss” diagnoses.
• Learners will be able to identify the most common forms of skeletal dysplasia and key ultrasound characteristics that distinguish normal from lethal and non-lethal forms of dysplasia.
• Learners should understand appropriate screening protocols for cervical length assessment and technique for obtaining cervical length will be reviewed.
• An update on fetal intervention/surgery techniques will allow general OB providers to better counsel their patients and facilitate earlier referrals for intervention.
• A combined lecture of US and MRI will show how these modalities complement each other, and how placenta accreta spectrum (PAS).
• Learners will understand the proper technique to Doppler imaging in obstetric ultrasound. They will also know the appropriate indications for each type of Doppler assessment.
• Learners will better understand the fetal cardiac structures and echocardiography guidelines as well as the 9-views needed to identify a normal heart. They will also be able to recognize the most common anomalies seen in cardiac evaluation.
• Learners will understand the findings of CMV and Syphilis on ultrasound in the context of increasing rates of syphilis.
