Manesha (nash) Putra MD

Manesha (Nash) Putra, MD, is a Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. In his approach to patient care, Dr. Putra strives to partner with his patients while they navigate through the seemingly foreign world of high-risk pregnancy. He aims to provide compassionate and evidence-based care so that pregnant people can make informed decisions for their care and achieve their desired goals.

Dr. Putra’s research interest focuses mainly on prenatal genetics and genomics - particularly non-invasive prenatal screening and factors that could affect its clinical performance. He is also interested in studying socioeconomic disparities in the delivery of prenatal genetics and genomics service. He is currently working with Martin Breuss, Ph.D. from the CU Department of Pediatrics Section of Clinical Genetics and Metabolism, to analyze the role of sperm mosaicism in congenital anomaly cases with apparently de novo mutations.
