Cancellations for Pre-Congress Courses, Pre-Congress Workshops, 21st Congress, and Course/Workshop/Congress packages must be sent in writing by email to info@aaamed.org
All cancellations will be processed after written request and provided 10 business days after the conclusion of the Congress.
21st Congress, Pre-Congress Workshops and Combination Packages
Note that refunds or credits for cancellation are not provided after October 17, 2025.
*Until 45 days before the Event: 20% processing fees on the total registration
*Between 45 to 21 days before the Event: 50% cancellation fees on the amount paid.
*From 21 days (October 17) before the Event date or no show: No refund will be provided.
