OVERVIEW
2018 Multidisciplinary Spine Oncology Symposium is organized by Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) and will be held during Apr 13 - 14, 2018 at Mortimer B. Zuckerman Research Center, New york city, New York, United States of America.
The target audience for this medical event is physicians, physician extenders, and nurses in practice and training, in the fields of internal medicine, family practice, neurology, medical and radiation oncology, interventional and diagnostic radiology, pain management, physiatry, neurosurgery and orthopedic surgery who are interested in advancing their understanding of primary and metastatic spinal tumors. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 13 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.
Conference Description :
The multidisciplinary series of lectures will provide information about the diagnosis and treatment of patients with spinal tumors. Surgical, interventional, radiation and pharmacological treatment options will be discussed. The course will consist of a series of lectures and case studies.
Conference Objectives are :
• Review the diagnosis and treatment of primary and metastatic spinal tumors
• Discuss the decision framework developed for the treatment of spinal tumors
• Provide an overview of the radiology, radiation and medical oncology, surgery and pain management treatment options available for patients with spinal tumors
