Warner K. Huh, MD is Professor (with Tenure) in the Division of Gynecologic Oncology and the Margaret Cameron Spain Endowed Chair in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) and a Senior Scientist in the UAB Comprehensive Cancer Center. Dr. Huh received his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine, Washington, DC. His postgraduate training included a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Tufts University School of Medicine, Boston, Massachusetts and a fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is board-certified in Obstetrics/Gynecology and Gynecologic Oncology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and American College of Surgeons.

He has been named in the Best Doctors in America? database and has received numerous awards for his clinical care, teaching and research accomplishments including the 2009 Society of Gynecologic Oncologists Presidential Award and the 2012 American Cancer Society Lane W. Adams Quality of Life Award. His clinical interests include minimally invasive surgical approaches and robotic surgery. Dr. Huh's research interests include vaccines for cervical neoplasia, in vivo spectroscopy for cervical neoplasia, and treatment approaches for endometrial cancer.
