American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (ASCCP) 2019 Annual Scientific Meeting on Anogenital & HPV-Related Diseases is organized by American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (ASCCP) and will be held from Apr 04 - 07, 2019 at Loews Atlanta Hotel, Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America.

The target audience for this medical event is appeal to licensed health professionals interested in anogenital and HPV-related diseases. This includes, but is not limited to, physicians (gynecologists, family physicians, gynecologic oncologists, pathologists, and others), advanced practice clinicians (nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and certified nurse midwives), nurses, public health advisors, epidemiologists administering cancer prevention programs, and students/residents in these areas. •  Successfully apply management strategies to women with anogenital and HPV-related diseases in special populations, especially the underserved and underscreened (transgender, incarcerated, etc.) populations (medical knowledge, practice-based learning and improvement, patient outcomes, systems-based practice);
•  Apply colposcopy to the diagnosis and management of anogenital and HPV-related diseases in ways that reflect its usefulness and maximum benefits while minimizing potential harms (medical knowledge; systems-based practice; patient outcomes);
•  Diagnose and treat anogenital and HPV-related diseases such as cervical, vaginal, vulvar, and anal intraepithelial neoplasia, genital warts, and other vulvar and vaginal diseases (medical knowledge, practice-based learning and improvement, systems-based practice);
•  Discuss strategies for prevention, screening, early detection and management of HPV-associated oropharyngeal disorders (medical knowledge, practice-based learning and improvement);
•  Describe the biology, epidemiology, natural history, and immune response to HPV, as well as the societal costs associated with genital HPV infections (medical knowledge, practice-based learning and improvement);
•  Identify and vaccinate patients most likely to benefit from HPV vaccines, reflecting an understanding of the efficacy, benefits, risks, and cost-effectiveness of the vaccines (medical knowledge, practice-based learning and improvement, systems-based practice);
•  Apply HPV testing and relevant diagnostic tests to clinical practice in a directed, evidence-based, cost-effective manner (medical knowledge, practice-based learning and improvement, patient outcomes, systems-based practice); and,
•  Manage positive cytology and HPV test results, high risk HPV genotype results, and histologically confirmed anogenital neoplasia, reflecting current and future patient risk of high grade neoplasia (medical knowledge; practice-based learning and improvement; patient outcomes).
