Levi Stanford Downs Jr MD, PhD

Dr. Levi Downs is the Chief Medical Officer of the University of Minnesota Physicians and University of Minnesota Medical Center. Additionally, Dr. Downs is the Clinical Care Co-Director the Deborah. E. Powell Center for Women's Health, A Nationally Designated Center of Excellence and is the Program Co-leader of the Women's Cancer Research Program. Dr. Downs is a board-certified gynecologic oncologist. Dr. Downs received his medical degree in 1994 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed an obstetrics and gynecology internship and residency at the Magee-Women’s Hospital of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He completed a gynecologic oncology fellowship at the University of Minnesota.
