Richard John Looney MD

Dr. Looney is a clinical immunologist at the University of Rochester. He is board certified in Rheumatology, Allergy/Immunology, and Infectious Diseases and has active clinical practices in rheumatology, allergy, and immunological disorders. He is the clinical director for the Rochester Autoimmunity Center of Excellence (funded by the NIH) and the Rochester Lupus Clinical Trial Center (funded by the Lupus Clinical Trial Consortium). He is the director for the Allergy and Clinical Immunology Fellowship Program at the University of Rochester. He has published over 100 peer-reviewed articles and directs an active clinical trials program in autoimmune diseases.
