Dr. Patricia Li is a general pediatrician at the Montreal Children’s Hospital, FRQS-funded scientist at the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre, and assistant professor of Pediatrics at McGill University. She has been part of the Rourke Baby Record team as the clinical epidemiologist since 2011, working with the team to appraise and incorporate the newest evidence into recommendations for preventative care in early childhood every three years. She is a hospitalist and consultant pediatrician in the community, mainly serving refugee and immigrant children. Her research program examines the organization and delivery of health services for children, focusing on primary care, common childhood illnesses (e.g., asthma, diabetes), and vulnerable children. Her current studies evaluate the quality of primary care services in children and involve translating into practice as well as generating evidence for primary care interventions.
