Jamie Surratt MD

Jamie retired from a radiology private practice in Jacksonville, FL where she was a breast imager for over 20 years. Prior to RAD-AID, Jamie has been involved in global health projects in Cuba and Honduras. In 2017, Jamie completed the RAD-AID Certificate of Proficiency in Global Health Radiology and Radiation Oncology and served as a co-facilitator for the course through 2020. She received her MD from the Louisville School of Medicine and completed her radiology residency at Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology. Jamie and her husband Steve have enjoyed teaching the radiology residents in the Radiology Residency Program in Guyana, and have collaborated with RAD-AID Guyana since June 2019 for both on-site and virtual education
