David Adamkin MD

David Adamkin, MD, serves as Director of the Division of Neonatal Medicine and the Neonatal Nutrition Research Lab with 15 faculty and 7 neonatal fellows. Additionally, he is a member of the Committee on the Fetus and Newborn of the American Academy of Pediatrics. In 2007 and 2008, he gave 88 scientific presentations in the USA, Canada, and Poland as well as serving as a visiting professor in the United States and Poland. Recent research has focused on growth strategies in preterm infants both during hospitalization and after discharge. He has produced 11 peer-reviewed publications, 2 book chapters, and 6 books/ educational videos in the years 2007-08.
