Barbara Stuttle CBE

Barbara is currently working on the next steps for GP Commissioning and evolution from PCT to GP led commissioning. It is important that appropriate services are commissioned for the population of South West Essex. From 2005 - 2009, she was one of two National Nursing and Midwifery Clinical leads working for Connecting for Health.

Her operational role involved reaching out to the whole nursing and midwifery community across England, and connecting it with practical support and resources to ensure that new technologies would reflect and support rapidly changing nursing practice.
