The Nutrition Society (NS)

The Nutrition Society, formed in 1941, is a diverse community with the independence and courage to challenge, question and progress forward the field of nutrition. Through a progressive approach that champions collaboration and breaking down research silos, They welcome members from around the world, regardless of their level of expertise. They however must have a genuine interest in pushing forward the field of nutrition for the benefit of people and animals, whilst balancing the health of Their planet too.

Mission:
The Nutrition Society mission has remained the same since we were founded in 1941, to advance the scientific study of nutrition and its application to the maintenance of human and animal health.
