Facts and Fiction in Breast Cancer Screening is organized by Baptist Health South Florida and would be held during Oct 17, 2016 - Oct 31, 2017.

The target audience for this medical event for Cardiologists, Emergency Medicine Physicians, Family Practice Physicians, Internal Medicine Physicians, General Surgeons, General Practitioners, Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Nurses and all other interested healthcare professionals. This CME Conference has been approved with a maximum of 1.50 Florida Board of Nursing Credits.

Conference Objectives are :
• Examine the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force’s breast cancer screening recommendations.
• Assess the state of the art in breast cancer screening, in terms of technology and results from recent clinical studies.
• Discuss the impact and considerations of starting mammography screenings at the age of 40.
