International Diabetes Federation (IDF) Virtual Congress 2021 is organized by International Diabetes Federation (IDF) and will be held from Dec 06 - 11, 2021.

Description:
The IDF Virtual Congress 2021 will feature the latest research on diabetes complications in three parallel streams - Cardiovascular and Hypertension, Eye and Kidney, Foot and Neuropathy - along with a stream dedicated to COVID-19 and diabetes. The first day will feature sessions dedicated to the centenary of insulin and the IDF Diabetes Atlas 10th Edition 2021.

The IDF Virtual Congress 2021 will run over 6 days and include 66 hours of scientific sessions. It will feature more than 100 high-level speakers, including some of the top experts in diabetes today.

The increase in rates of diabetes across the globe brings with it an increase in diabetes complications. Poor diabetes management, whether through lack of education, limited access to care or undiagnosed conditions, means diabetes complications are a real problem in most countries.

The IDF Virtual Congress 2021 will provide an update on the latest research, treatments and tools to manage, treat and prevent diabetes complications. The ultimate goal is to improve outcomes and quality of life for people with diabetes.
