Refunds are subject to the following terms:

• In the event of cancellation by eMedEd, registrants will receive a full (100%) credit of the registration fee paid.
• For participant-initiated cancellations, the refund schedule is as follows:
  a. 100% (less online transaction charges) if requested on or before August 20, 2025.
  b. 50% (less online transaction charges) if requested between August 21 and September 20, 2025.
  c. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after September 20, 2025.
• Registration is non-transferable and may not be reassigned to another individual or eMedEd under any circumstances.
• All refund and transfer requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 30 business days of receipt.
• Visa Refusal: If a visa and invitation letter have been issued and the embassy denies your visa application, a non-refundable processing fee of $75 will be deducted from the eligible refund amount.
• Hotel Refunds: Hotel cancellations will follow the hotel’s specific refund policy. eMedEd will comply with and honor the hotel’s stated terms.
