ASGE designates this live internet course for a maximum of 15.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Description:
GO 2021 will cover a range of important topics to help facilitate self-examination from a practice perspective, helping you to identify and prioritize important aspects of the current practice of gastroenterology. GO will optimize your time highlighting critical trends while providing practical resources on what practices have successfully implemented to continue to thrive in the changing U.S. healthcare landscape.
Participants will enjoy three keynote presentations, breakout sessions on several topic areas, a fireside chat incorporating thought leaders’ perspectives for the ensuing years, and discussions on healthcare policy and regulatory reform. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn from and participate in discussions about how attempts to alter or eliminate the Affordable Care Act could impact your practice setting.
The ASGE Resource Center will collect participant and industry thoughts, challenges and ideas that evolve around unique circumstances by geographical areas so we can crowdsource collective information garnered throughout GO 2021.
Learning Objectives:
• Identify opportunities to increase the economic viability and sustainability of your practice through new practice models, service lines, staffing configurations and payment models.
• List new technologies and innovations to increase consumer engagement and expand your practice.
• Compare and contrast knowledge gained on the changing practice of healthcare as it relates to updated federal rules, quality, and the workforce.
• Understand the continuum of private GI practices in a post-COVID era and resources needed for future success.
