2022 Leading Edge Urology: Duke Urologic Assembly and Urologic Cancer Hybrid Symposium is organized by Duke Surgery Office of Continuing Medical Education (CME) and will be held from Mar 31 - Apr 03, 2022 as a Hybrid Event presenting both to a live audience and live streaming to a virtual audience from Disney's Grand Floridian Conference Center, Orlando, Florida, United States of America.
Target Audience:
Addressing current issues and technologies for the diagnoses and treatments in the subspecialties of urology and urologic oncology, this educational conference will meet the continuing educational needs, enhance knowledge, skills and improve patient care by Urologists, Oncologists, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Residents and other allied health medical staff.
Course Description:
Bringing together world-renowned healthcare professionals addressing current issues and technologies for the diagnoses and treatments in the subspecialties of urology and urologic oncology.
You are invited to meet our growing audience and key opinion leaders as they gather in person and online sharing the latest advancements in surgical techniques and research through didactic and video-based presentations, lively discussions, and interactive debates to a live and virtual audience.
Learning Objectives:
After attending this program, participants should be able to:
• Apply effective and efficient diagnosis and treatments in the sub-specialties of urology and urologic oncology
• Analyze new technologies and therapies to provide the utmost, least invasive care to patients
• Evaluate and outline management options for the various urologic conditions
• Choose appropriate patients for minimally invasive surgical approaches
• Distinguish various surgical approaches and compare their effectiveness and safety profiles
• Develop collaboration between urologists, genitourinary oncologists, and radiation oncologists for patient care from diagnosis to management.
