Brant A. Inman, MD, MS is a Professor at the Duke Cancer Institute of Duke University. Dr. Inman received his medical degree from the University of Alberta (Canada), completed his urology residency at University Laval (Canada), and his urologic oncology fellowship at the Mayo Clinic (Rochester). His area of clinical expertise is the surgical treatment of genitourinary cancers, with a particular emphasis on bladder cancer and reconstruction of the urinary tract after bladder removal. From a research standpoint, Dr. Inman’s laboratory is focused on novel therapies and diagnostic tests for genitourinary cancer, with a special interest in immunotherapy and heat-targeted therapies. He collaborates with North Carolina State University on projects related to the comparative oncology of human and canine bladder cancer.
