The 8th Annual New Jersey Neurovascular & Neurosciences Symposium is organized by Thomas Jefferson University (TJU) Office of Continuing Professional Development (OCPD) and will be held on Nov 20, 2025 at The Westin Mount Laurel, Mount Laurel, New Jersey, United States of America.

Overview:
This continuing professional development activity is designed to enhance patient care by promoting a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to neurological disorders.

Through interactive sessions and expert-led discussions, participants will be encouraged to reflect on their current practices and identify knowledge gaps in both medical and surgical management of neurological conditions.

Objectives:
At the conclusion of this activity, healthcare team members will be able to:

Identify current evidence-based medical and surgical approaches to diagnosing and managing neurological disorders.
Evaluate gaps between existing knowledge and clinical practice in order to foster reflective improvement.
Apply updated diagnostic and treatment strategies to enhance decision-making and patient care outcomes.

ABIM: Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 7.25 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

EMS: This course has been approved by the Pennsylvania Department of health division of EMS for 7.5 contact hours at the ALS level.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and received in the Office of CPD two weeks prior to the start date of the course. There will be no refunds after this period.* Cancellations notified before the two week time frame will incur a 25% administration fee (with a minimum of $20). Registrants who fail to attend the conference are responsible for the entire fee. All refunds will be processed after the conference. The University reserves the right to cancel or postpone this course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation or postponement, the University will refund registration fees, but is not responsible for related costs or expenses to participants, including cancellation fees assessed by hotels, airlines or travel agencies.
