American Pharmacists Association (APhA) 2020 Annual Meeting & Exposition is organized by the American Pharmacists Association (APhA). The symposium will be held from Mar 20 - 23, 2020 at Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, National Harbor, Maryland, United States of America. The Conference has been approved for a maximum of 20 hours of CPE credit.

Target Audience:
APhA2020 learning sessions are outlined for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians from all practices.
• Relevant pharmacist participation courses are designated by an ACPE universal activity number that ends with the letter "P"
•  The appropriate pharmacy technicians participation courses are created by an ACPE universal activity number that ends with the letter "T"

Description:
The APhA Annual Meeting & Exposition is an event that will bring together pharmacists to enhance the practice settings, including community, independent ownership, research, academia, government, and health system. Approximately 6,000 attendees attend the session annually to enjoy robust programming sessions that are easy to navigate and compete with the profession’s largest policy discussions to mold the future of pharmacy. 

Tracks:
APhA2020 education sessions are classified into distinct tracks in order to embody the area of practice for the general pharmacy content area. 

Advanced New Practitioner: Tools and resources are designed that will help a new practitioner with their practice belt and enhances their skills in the current position to explore their career paths.
Ambulatory Care: Certain activities are designed for pharmacists who are involved in ambulatory care. Be it a newbie in ambulatory care or seeming to become certified or earn BCACP recertification credits. Pick from a mixture of worthy ambulatory care offerings that are covered with a variety of topics.
APhA Training Programs: Activities are created to teach, expand, and promote the practice competencies through the precise achievement of specific knowledge, skills, perspectives, and performance behaviors.
Community-Based Pharmacy Practice: Leverage on the community-based pharmacist practitioners’ who are accessible to extend patient care services. Examples include executing the collaborative processes of care and forming relationships, enduring a chronic disease, and many more. 
Community-Based Pharmacy Residencies: Interactive programs are arranged for residency staff who are interested in beginning or upgrading the quality of a program. Learn, discover best practices and apply skills for efficient community-based pharmacy residency education.
Day of Science: Integrating Science with the Practice: Learn more about the trends in science that will shape the profession of pharmacy.
