UAB Winter Course: Anesthesiology and Care of Surgical Patients is organized by University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) School of Medicine and will be held from Jan 20 - 25, 2019 at Antlers at Vail, Vail, Colorado, United States of America.

The target audience for this medical event is Physicians involved in the perioperative care of patients including anesthesiologists, surgeons, internists, pediatricians, neurologists, radiologists, and emergency medicine physicians. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 24.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.

Course Objectives:
Participating physicians will be able to understand perioperative management issues of significant comorbidities such as heart disease; understand management of perioperative complications such as anaphylaxis and local anesthetic toxicity; and understand techniques to improve patient care and O.R. Management
