POSICON 2019: Silver Jubilee Conference of Paediatric Orthopaedic Society of India is organized by Paediatric Orthopaedic Society of India (POSI) and will be held from Jan 03 - 06, 2019 at Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Course Description:
The Paediatric Orthopaedic Society of India (POSI) was born in 1994 in Mumbai. We met to defIne the need and role for this society. With doyens of Indian Orthopaedics backing the society, there was no looking back. POSI had to strengthen its roots and build a vibrant organisation capable of attracting young and talented minds to this challenging specialty. This is truly what happened and the last near 25 years have been very exciting and challenging. Many interested orthopaedic surgeons joined the fold and committed to Paediatric Orthopaedics. This country with 500 million children is asking for more!! It is the need of the day!
The Annual Meetings of POSI have been much awaited events because of the packed academics, the scintillating faculty and the cutting edge. Since the formation of POSI, 24 glorious meetings have taken place. The Silver Jubilee Conference promises to outshine them all! With a plethora of world famous names in the field as its backbone, with 25 mini workshops, the Janus and Socratic sessions and a packed conference program, it will be a not to be missed event.
We are working very hard for its success and will leave no stone unturned to create a meeting exceptionally rich in academics, in memories, in social events and camaraderie. It is my humble, personal request to you to participate in this meeting and enrich our sentiments by your presence. This Silver Jubilee will be a once in a life time event and your presence would be the fuel which would work to propel the next 25 years - when all would look golden!
