Mihir M. Thacker MD

Mihir M. Thacker, M.D. earned his medical degree at Seth Gordhandas Sunderdas Medical College and the King Edward Memorial Hospital in Mumbai, India. He completed an orthopedic residency program at Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Memorial Medical College and General Hospital, finishing as chief resident and then continued to the National Memorial Hospital in Singapore for a spinal and pediatric orthopedics fellowship. Since arriving in the United States in 2002, Dr. Thacker has completed three additional orthopedic fellowships.
Dr. Thacker is a member of the Pediatric Orthopedic Society of North America, American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, Children’s Oncology Group, Musculoskeletal Tumor Society, Lower Limb Reconstruction Society, and eleven other national and international medical societies. He is also a reviewer for the European Journal of Cancer, Clinical Orthopedics and Related Research, as well as the Journal for Postgraduate Medicine.
