Collaborating Across Borders is North America's premier interprofessional health care education and collaborative practice condference. Building on the highly successful CAB Conferences series, CAB VII will link educators, researchers, practitioners, students, and patients form Canada and the United States in essential discussions around interprofessional health care education, practice, leadership and policy in North America.

CAB VII Goals:
This signature event aims to bring together learners, scholars, and practitioners in the field of interprofessional education and (or for) collaborative patient-centered (or person-centered) care to:
• Share the latest knowledge about interprofessional education and collaborative practice.
• Discuss important issues related to interprofessional education and collaborative practice, including policy issues, and how they might be addressed.
• Form collaborative relationships.

Workshop 3: Implementation of a Longitudinal Standardized Patient Encounter: How do you evaluate individual students and student teams?
Workshop 4: Empathic Design Thinking: An Innovative Problem Solving Methodology for Interprofessional Practice.
