OVERVIEW

Cardiovascular Summit: Contemporary Strategies for Quality Improvement, Operational Excellence, Finance and Leadership is organized by American College of Cardiology (ACC) Foundation and will be held during Feb 22 - 24, 2018 at Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Las Vegas, Nevada, United States of America.

The target audience for this medical event is cardiology physicians and other stakeholders of the cardiology clinician care team, regardless of practice setting; cardiovascular administrators and executives.

Conference Description:
As a result of attending this course, participants should be able to adopt business and leadership strategies and skills that advance the concepts of the Quadruple Aim (better care, smarter spending, workforce wellness and patient satisfaction) within their work environment.

Conference Objectives are:
• Identify the basic elements of cardiovascular business best practices necessary to become or remain financially successful in an era of payment reform
• Evaluate the components of the Quality Payment Program (aka MACRA) and determine how it will impact the day-to-day delivery of health care
• Establish leadership strategies that build collaboration, teamwork and trust to help others excel
• Describe principles of workforce wellness
• Distinguish the components of highly reliable organizations
• Establish a thoughtful process for episodes of care management
