Richard A. Chazal MD, MACC, FACP, FASE

Richard A. Chazal, M.D., MACC, FACP, FASE, earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and a medical degree in 1977 from the University of South Florida, where he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha. He completed his residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida (1980). Dr. Chazal completed his cardiology training at the Indiana University School of Medicine and the Krannert Institute of Cardiology (1983), including a one year fellowship in echocardiography.
