Duke Solid Organ Transplant Summit is organized by Duke University School of Medicine and will be held on Oct 06, 2018 at Duke University School of Nursing, Durham, North Carolina, United States of America. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 4.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.

Target Audience:
This program is designed to meet the needs of the entire care team for transplant patients including transplant surgeons, anesthesiologists, cardiologists, pulmonologists, nephrologists, hepatologists, advanced practice providers, nurses and pharmacists.

This program is a partnership between the Duke Department of Surgery and the Department of Medicine to facilitate the multidisciplinary adoption of new research results and practice by healthcare providers with care for solid organ transplant patients.

• Recognize opportunities for immunosuppression minimization
