16th Infant Annual Health Summit : Making Health Equitable for all Families is organized by University of North Texas Health Science Center (UNT) and would be held om Sep 28, 2017 at Colleyville Center, Colleyville, Texas, United States of America.

The Target audience for this medical event are Physicians, nurses, PA's, NP's and other, health care professionals, Social service providers, Public health professionals, Community leaders, Faith-based services, Community service organizations, Child care workers. This CME Conference has been approved with a maximum of 5.25 CEU Credits.

Conference Objectives are :
• Describe the complex and interrelated set of individual, provider, health system, societal, and environmental factors that contribute to inequities /disparities in health and health care.
• Assess environmental and societal contributors on infant and family health facinginequities /disparities in health and health care.
• Apply best practices to effectively support families experiencing inequities /disparities in health and health care.
