Patricia Alridge BSN, RNC-OB, MHA

Patricia Alridge is the Executive Director of Nursing at JPS Health Network Fort Worth, with responsibility for Women & Infant’s Inpatient Services together with 3 Health Centers for Women Outpatient Clinics. She is also responsible for 1115 waiver grants for supporting women’s health, breastfeeding & pre-conception/interconception care and education.


She is a March of Dimes board member & Past Chair of the March of Dimes Maternal Child Health Committee; Interim Chair of the Texas Breastfeeding Coalition; and is serving as a board member for the Mother’s Milk Bank of North Texas; is Co-Chair of the Infant Health Network; is a member of the Tarrant County Breastfeeding Coalition, African American Breastfeeding Taskforce. She also volunteered for a Symposium on Empowering Women, Engines of Change Sister Cities/Worth Women’s Policy Forum trip to Toluca Mexico.

Patricia began her nursing & midwifery careers in 1982 & 1986 respectively in London England. She immigrated with her family to Vancouver, B.C. Canada in 1987. In 1997 Patricia’s family immigrated to Texas. She earned her BSN in 2006 from the University of Victoria B.C. Canada & earned her Master of Science in Health Care Administration from University of Texas Arlington in 2008.
