Analyze and strengthen the Clinical Learning Environment at theirhome institutions for the benefit of students, residents and faculty. Apply the principles of professional identity formation tothemselves, their peers and their trainees. Effectively incorporate the ACGME Milestones in Ob-Gyn intotheir respective educational programs. Use CME to directly improve clinical performance and patient outcomes and to reward their faculty for teaching. Engage with colleagues around focused topics including simulation, patient safety, clinical and surgical skills, transfer of care, and meaningful use of social media and technology.
