Dr. Thomas Heinrich is a Professor of Psychiatry and Family Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Heinrich attended Marquette University for undergraduate training and the Medical College of Wisconsin for his medical training. He completed his post-graduate training by completing a Family Medicine-Psychiatry Combined Residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and then completing a Consultation Psychiatry Fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts.
He is a recent recipient of the Department's Golden Apple Teaching Award, was named as one of the "Best Doctors in America" in 2005-2006 and 2007-2008, and is a fellow in the Academy of Psychosomatic Medicine. Dr. Heinrich's academic interests include Psychosomatic Medicine, Education, and Clinical Ethics. Dr. Heinrich sees patients through his consultation work at Froedtert Hospital.
