Subodh Dave MD, FRCPsych

Dr Subodh Dave is passionate about humanizing psychiatric education and led an award-winning ‘Expert Patient’ led and simulation-based undergraduate medical education programme at the University of Nottingham. As Associate Dean for Trainee Support, he has developed early support and mentoring programmes for International Medical Graduates (IMGs), addressed the root causes of differential attainment and focused on supporting and valuing trainees and trainers.
He has also co-authored a text book for undergraduate medical students. He manages to balance a busy community adult psychiatry post with leadership roles in quality improvement, equality and diversity and in global mental health apart from medical education.
