Dr. Stanton K. Shernan, M.D. is the Director of Cardiac Anesthesia at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and a Professor of Anesthesia at Harvard Medical School. His research interests include myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury, systemic inflammation, perioperative genomics and perioperative echocardiography.
