Cardiothoracic Anaesthetic Society of South Africa (CASSA) - Joint Peri-Operative Cardiothoracic (JPC) Annual Congress 2017

Cardiothoracic Anaesthetic Society of South Africa (CASSA) - Joint Peri-Operative Cardiothoracic (JPC) Annual Congress is organized by Londocor Event Management and would be held during Jun 02 - 04, 2017 at Sunnyside Park Hotel, Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. The target audience for this medical event basically for Anesthesiologist and Cardiologist.

The program will consist of a Focused Assessed Thoracic Echo (FATE) pre-congress workshop on June 1 2017. On Friday June 2, a TEE update will be held in the morning, with wet-lab dissection and echo loop correlation in the afternoon. Saturday June 3 will consist of a combined “meet the team” day, combining cardiac surgery, cardiac anaesthesiology and perfusion.

The morning sessions will cover mitral valve repair and minimally invasive MV repair from the surgeon and anaesthetist’s perspective. The afternoon sessions will be on thoracic surgery and anaesthesia and perfusion. The Sunday morning sessions will update intensive care management of cardiac and thoracic patients.
