Simon S. Lo MD, FACR, FASTRO

Dr. Lo is an internationally renowned radiation oncology expert in brain and spine tumors, stereotactic radiosurgery and stereotactic body radiotherapy. Dr. Lo takes care of patients with brain and spine tumors, oligometastases, and some benign conditions requiring Gamma Knife stereotactic radiosurgery e.g. trigeminal neuralgia and arteriovenous malformations. He is currently a Professor of Radiation Oncology and Vice Chair for Strategic Planning at UW Department of Radiation Oncology.

Dr. Lo earned his medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He completed a residency in Clinical Oncology under the Fellowship of Royal College of Radiologists, UK curriculum at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Hong Kong before performing a second residency in Radiation Oncology at University of Minnesota and an American College of Radiation Oncology Fellowship in Gastrointestinal Radiation Oncology at Mayo Clinic, MN. He is certified for Gamma Knife stereotactic radiosurgery.
