Robert A. Cosgrove JD

Robert A. Cosgrove has been practicing law for thirty-six years with a specialized focus in healthcare defense. He has represented major health facilities and physicians groups across San Diego County, and previously also represented a number of other facilities and physician groups in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Robert has lectured and presented extensively on the topic of medical malpractice at conferences held by physicians, hospitals, and other medical and legal professionals. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and has been a San Diego “Super Lawyer” for many years.
