Dr. Michael Troiano is a board certified foot, rear foot, and reconstructive ankle surgeon by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He is a current fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He holds staff appointments and operating privileges at the University of Pennsylvania- Presbyterian Hospital, Temple University Hospital, Abington Memorial Hospital, and Aria Jefferson Northeast Health System.

Dr. Troiano specializes in the treatment of painful foot and ankle disorders as it relates to the pediatric population, diabetic and Charcot, trauma of the foot and ankle, and reconstruction. He is a graduate of Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine where he currently teaches. He completed residency training at Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He holds the position of adjunct clinical faculty member in the department of Surgery, Bio mechanics, and MRI reading. He also has special interest in advanced wound care modalities and treats patients at the Penn Wound Care Center. He is a nationally recognized lecturer and has authored several articles in peer-reviewed journals and books.
