Dr. Amirdelfan is one of the founding partners at IPM Medical Group, Inc. He earned his medical degree from Texas A&M University, College of Medicine in 1994. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, an affiliated facility with U.T. Southwestern School of Medicine.

Dr. Amirdelfan completed his fellowship in interventional pain management in San Francisco at Pacific Pain Treatment Center with Dr. Elliot Krames. He is board certified by the American Board of Pain Medicine.

Dr. Amirdelfan has served as the Department Chair of Pain Medicine at John Muir Medical Center and Doctors Hospitals in the Bay Area in the past. Regarded as one of the foremost experts in his field, Dr. Amirdelfan lectures extensively on spinal cord stimulation and pain management at the local, regional, as well as national levels.

He serves as a consultant and faculty for various leading medical companies, putting him in the forefront of latest technologies in interventional pain management. He is also actively involved in conducting research for the development of new horizons in pain control to help improve pain management worldwide.

Dr. Amirdelfan has a special interest in Spinal diseases, spinal cord stimulation and stem cell technologies. He is currently involved in ground breaking research in these fields.
