Karen E. Moeller PharmD, BCPP

Dr. Karen E. Moeller is a clinical associate professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at The University of Kansas. Her primary practice site is in the adult inpatient psychiatry unit at The University of Kansas Hospitals. Moeller is active in both teaching and research. Her research interests are in the areas of substance abuse and schizophrenia.

Moeller earned a doctor of pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, the Medical College of Virginia in 2000 and a bachelor of science degree in chemistry and mathematics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 1996. She completed an ASHP accredited residency in hospital pharmacy practice and psychiatric pharmacy practice at West Virginia University in 2002. In 2003, Moeller became board certified in psychiatric pharmacy.
