Jesse K. Mckenney MD

Dr. Jesse McKenney completed medical school training at UT-Southwestern, anatomic pathology residency and soft tissue pathology fellowship at Emory University, and surgical pathology fellowship at Stanford University. He is currently Head of Faculty Development in the Department of Pathology at the Cleveland Clinic, where he is a member of the GU subspecialty pathology section. He also runs a busy general surgical pathology consultation service enriched for GU, GYN, soft tissue, and esoteric or undifferentiated neoplasms. Dr. McKenney is co-editor of the 11th edition of Rosai and Ackerman’s Surgical Pathology. As the central reviewer for the Canary Prostate Active Surveillance Study (PASS), his major academic interest is defining an optimal prognostic stratification system for the management of patients with prostate cancer.
